Ronald Mark Govin

President & CEO, MarkMaster, Inc.

Mark Govin is President of MarkMaster Inc., a premier, vertically-integrated manufacturer of business products and custom and stock identity solutions. MarkMaster specializes in high-quality signage solutions and marking and business supplies. The Govin family has owned and operated this Minority Business Enterprise since 1933.

Govin serves on the executive boards of MarkMaster, G-man Holdings, Merchandise Partners LLC, and Fortuna LLC. He is also affiliated with civic organizations including the Tampa Chamber of Commerce Board of Governors, Marking Device Association International, National Minority Supplier Development Council and the University of Tampa. He earned a B.S. in business administration and marketing at the University of Tampa.

Kuykendall has earned numerous awards, and was named among the 50 Most Powerful Minority Women in Business, among Legacy Magazine’s 25 Most Influential and Prominent Women in Business and Leadership in South Florida and the Southern California Minority Supplier Development Council’s Supplier of the Year. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cal Poly University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Govin is a strong advocate for higher education. He and his family sponsor the Govin Family Latino Scholarship Fund, which annually sends two Hispanic students to prestigious universities – including the University of South Florida and the University of Tampa.

Beverly Kuykendall

President of Government Business, American Medical Depot

As President of Government Business for American Medical Depot (AMD), Beverly Kuykendall leads the company’s expansion into strategically important areas. She has P&L responsibility for AMD’s government unit, and in 2015, the United States Agency for International Development and the Defense Logistics Agency awarded the company a contract to provide more than 1 million hygiene kits for their work with Syrian refugees. In 2016, AMD was awarded a $1.2 billion government contract to provide medical supplies to more than 60 Veterans Affairs Medical Centers from Florida to Maine.

Before joining AMD in 2013, Kuykendall was President and CEO of Federal and Commercial Contracts, Inc., which consulted with large companies seeking to increase their revenue and profitability with federal agencies. She put her background in relationship development and government contracting to use through work with companies such as Proctor & Gamble, American Hospital Supply, Xerox and Herman Miller.
